I would like to briefly set my intention for this site and introduce myself.

I will be writing about my EFT practice, and I will share anything that I come across in my travels that may inspire you, make you think, or make you laugh.

For most of my life I have been a person who listens to others. I can't tell you how many times I have had a co-worker, friend, or stranger, sit next to me, talk out their problems, and come to their own fantastic conclusions without me having to say a word. "Thanks Tracy, you are such a great listener!" That is why I believe that I am a modern day muse!
