A Nifty Way to Journal
I never liked writing in a journal. I never kept a diary when I was a kid, I hated journal assignments in psychology school! But I kept trying because I know it is a healthy practice, especially when you can document things that you are grateful for. If only I could have a simple format that I could make a daily habit...
