A Nifty Way to Journal

I never liked writing in a journal. I never kept a diary when I was a kid, I hated journal assignments in psychology school! But I kept trying because I know it is a healthy practice, especially when you can document things that you are grateful for. If only I could have a simple format that I could make a daily habit...

I got the app for my iPhone, and I actually love it! I get prompted in the morning and evening to contribute something to my daily entries, and I get to add my own awesome photos.
